I've been around live bands starting when I was 6. My dad was managing bands and he had visitation with my little brother and me on Saturdays. I grew up with my mom and her husband having parties with their friends singing together while my step-dad played acoustic. Sometimes, my Grannie would join in on banjo..

In the early 90s before i moved back to my hometown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I was involved in the local music scene in Springfield, Missouri. When I moved back home, I worked with my father who has been an independent video producer for 27 years. I have background in various events and different concert venues; including the Summerfest grounds. Late 90s, I struck out on my own doing performance art, portraiture painting and photography for girl bands in Milwaukee, since I was scouting for female musicians to add to a portrait series I was producing.

2005-ish, I ended up back in Springfield and re-attended being a p venues, because of art of the substantial music scene we have here. I Did promotions, photography, made bottle caps buttons for Midge Potts, who was running for Governor in 2006. 2006 brought to us a potentially, devastating local music scene ban; where adults under 18 would not be able to attend. I started to do the activism for it and then I ended up being the only one left doing it. Tenacity, right? !LOL I started shooting more photos for bands and then decided at one point I wanted to shoot videos. I've contributed to the music scene in Springfield, Missouri working independently.
